Payal Shah (BA, MSc) is an Organisational Psychologist who specialises in work-related stress, bullying, harassment, and work-life balance. She works with organisations to help them audit and reduce the impact of stress and work-life imbalance on their business and related issues such as attrition, sickness absence, productivity.

Payal and Dermott conduct workshops and awareness programmes for organisations and individuals, and speak at conferences and networking events. Payal also guest lectures to MBA students specializing in HR, and facilitates workshops for students from various faculties. She has written articles on workplace issues for the The Deccan Herald Living and The Bangalore Globe, and is currently authoring a book on work-life balance.

 

Mr. D. K. Venkatesh is one of the leading lights in the renaissance of the theatre movement in Bangalore. He has attended theatre workshops conducted by German director Wolfgang Kolnedar, B. Jayashree’s Spandhana and the National School of Drama in New Delhi. He has given voice-over for advertisements, documentaries, TV Serials and dubbed for movies. He has worked with Mohena Singh in South Parade and Sridhar Ksherasagar of Khandaan fame in his TV serial Gulmohar West. He occasionally writes for Bangalore papers.
