Staff awareness on
existing policies & procedures on programme operation |

Staff awareness of
programme updates (Privileges & New partnerships etc) |

·
Coordinating between
Airline Club and sales team to maximise the territorial
member base with effective and qualitative enrolments
schemes |

|
Effective management of the Airline Club CTO service centre
and its optimum performance |

·
Ensuring clean &
resourceful environment for handling Airline Club members in
the CTO service centre |
|
|
·
Ensuring seamless member
experience by ensuring applicable benefits & services to
members at the reservation level an handling of Airline Club
member issues |

·
Conducting spot audits
on member handling by reservation staff and reporting to
AM-CM/KC monthly on station performance of Airline Club
related areas |

|
·
Coordinating with
Airline Club head office station operation team on training
programmes and any other programme awareness requirements to
be carried out in the respective station |

|
Ensuring availability of coded Airline Club membership
forms/collateral/branding and overall programme ownership at
station |

·
Ensuring Airline Club
branded membership forms stacker availability
