Function Title - Airline Club Coordinator – Sales & Reservations

Territorial Description – The responsibilities will only be applicable to the assigned region/station of the said individual

Function Description – The nominated individual will be solely responsible for the Airline Club programme operation and ownership for the represented station/Region if applicable.

·       Must be capable of inflicting the overall programme vision and execute its mission on the ground with the sales team to the expectations of Airline Club.

Work Experience

Minimum 1 year experience in a scheduled airline operation commercial department

Communication & Literacy

Excellent communication in oral/written English and Hindi – Foreign Languages will be an advantage

Computer literacy (Ms Office) – Ability to work on any other software will be an advantage

·       Ability to work on reservation software

Reporting – Area/Country Manager / Airline Club.

Review Period – Monthly operational review by Airline Club and Yearly appraisal by Area Manage/Country Manager on overall Airline Club performance.

FUNCTON OBJECTIVES & WEIGHTAGE

 

1.     Ensuring station awareness of Airline Club policies, procedures, information and new updates and staff adherence to the same. Assisting the sales team on Airline Club queries, Sales team requirements.

2.     Effective management of the Airline Club CTO service centre and the programmes optimum performance within the assigned territory

3.     Ensuring availability of coded Airline Club membership forms/collateral/branding and overall programme ownership at station

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ensuring station awareness of Airline Club policies, procedures, information and new updates and staff adherence to the same.

·         Ensuring availability of updated Airline Club Manual & Product brief at station premises

 

·         Ensuring availability of latest Airline Club product brief and circulation to all station staff.

 

·         Ensuring latest Airline Club CTO information document being placed on the station notice board

 

·         Ensuring availability of latest top 10 Airline Club members list for station staff awareness.

 

·         Staff awareness on existing policies & procedures on programme operation

 

·         Staff awareness of programme updates (Privileges & New partnerships etc)

 

·         Coordinating between Airline Club and sales team to maximise the territorial member base with effective and qualitative enrolments schemes

 

Effective management of the Airline Club CTO service centre and its optimum performance

·         Ensuring clean & resourceful environment for handling Airline Club members in the CTO service centre

 

·         Ensuring seamless member experience by ensuring applicable benefits & services to members at the reservation level an handling of Airline Club member issues

 

·         Conducting spot audits on member handling by reservation staff and reporting to AM-CM/KC monthly on station performance of Airline Club related areas

 

·         Coordinating with Airline Club head office station operation team on training programmes and any other programme awareness requirements to be carried out in the respective station

 

Ensuring availability of coded Airline Club membership forms/collateral/branding and overall programme ownership at station

·         Ensuring Airline Club branded membership forms stacker availability

o    On   Airline reservation desks

o    Airline First Lounge (Where available)

o    Member seating area within Airline premises

o    Area Manages/Country Managers office (Where Applicable)

o    Excess stock in case of promotions/emergency

 

·         Ensuring Airline Club enrolment forms availability

o    Excess stock in case of promotions/emergency

o    Stackers to be duly filled on all Airline reservation desks,  First Lounge (Where available), Any member seating area within  Airline premises,

 

·         Ensuring Airline Club branding is maintained in a clean and acceptable manner across the reservation/commercial offices and report to Airline Club in case of the same if not adhered

 

·         Ensuring participation of monthly Airline Club programme operation review

 

Innovation of the processes, policies and projects that increase programme efficiency and add value to the member experience

·         Ensuring proposals for innovative tools to increase the operational efficiency of Airline Club
