Job Title – Assistant – Airline Club Airport Services.

Job Description – The selected individual will be solely responsible for efficient operation of the Airline Club Member Services Centre and ensuring uninterrupted member experience member at the operating airport.

Job Requirements – Positive Attitude, Excellent communication in oral/written English and Hindi, Computer literacy (Ms Office), Airline Reservation and GDS system knowledge, Team player with ability to coordinate and execute tasks in the specified time frame and must be capable of inflicting the overall programme vision and execute its mission on the ground to the expectations of Airline Club

Reporting – Senior Manager – Airline Club.

Review Period – Monthly operational review and annual departmental appraisal on overall performance.

FUNCTON OBJECTIVES & WEIGHTAGE

 

1. Ensuring efficient operation of Airline Club member services centre in an operated airport

2. Assisting GRE unit to efficiently handle Airline Club top 10 member travel, Airline Club VIP travel

3. Ensuring availability of coded Airline Club membership forms/collateral/branding and overall programme ownership at station

4. Innovation of the process policies etc

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ensuring efficient operation of Airline Club member services centre in an operated airport.

· Ensuring accurate reservation, ticketing & check-in of Airline Rewards

 

· Ensuring accurate reservation, ticketing & check-in of Airline Club members

 

· Ensuring enhancing Airline Club member awareness by handling accurate information relating to the programme

 

· Ensuring efficient handling of member queries & grievances

 

· Efficient handling of members who have not received member pack

 

· Ensuring seat protection & check-in of Airline Club Gold members in operating airport

 

Assisting GRE unit to efficiently handle Airline Club top 10 member travel

· Ensuring Pre-flight check to identify Airline Club members scheduled to travel & circulation of the same to Shift in charge and counter supervisors

 

· Assisting GSM for Airline Club handling update/discussion at each shift briefing

 

· Ensuring seamless member experience by ensuring applicable benefits & services to members

 

· Conducting spot audits on member handling by airport staff and reporting to APM/GM/KC monthly on station performance of Airline Club related areas

 

Ensuring availability of coded Airline Club membership forms/collateral/branding and overall programme ownership at station

· Ensuring Airline Club branded membership forms stacker  availability

o    On All  Airlines check-in counters

o    Airline First Lounge (Where available)

o    Boarding Area (Where Applicable)

o    Excess stock in case of emergency

 

· Ensuring Airline Club enrolment forms availability

o    Excess stock in case of emergency

o    Stackers to be duly filled on all  Airline check-in counters

o    Stackers to be duly filled on all Airline First Lounge (Where available)

o    Stackers to be duly filled on all Boarding Area (Where Applicable)

 

· Ensuring Airline Club branding is maintained in a clean and acceptable manner across the airport and report to Airline Club in case of the same if not adhered

 

· Ensuring participation of monthly Airline Club programme operation review

 

Innovation of the process policies etc

· Ensuring proposals for innovative tools to increase the operational efficiency of Airline Club
